This Combekk Sous-Chef Dutch Oven 28 cm red is a very remarkable product. Made from cast iron, so you can enjoy its beautiful design for life. This solid cast-iron pan is very versatile.​ Cooking, roasting, baking, stewing or even frying: it is all possible. Cast-iron retains the temperature for a long time and slowly releases it. This can be either a high or low temperature. As such the pan is also great to keep dishes cool or frozen in the fridge or freezer. Once cooled the pan could, for instance, be used as a serving dish on hot summer’s day. The heavy lid completely seals off the pan and keeps fumes, juices and flavours in the pan. The knob on the lid is made from aluminium which makes the pan oven-proof.
